Florala is one of Restore Outpatient’s Physical Therapy-only facilities. These facilities do not offer Speech-Language/Audiology and Occupational Therapy Services.

Most major insurances accepted. Our business office will verify benefits for your convenience before evaluation is performed.

Florala Physical Therapists

Heather Leonard graduated as Valedictorian from Florala High School in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Biology from the University of Alabama in 2001 and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2003. Heather has been with Restore since 2016 and she treats patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Heather specializes in treating vertigo with comprehensive vestibular and fall prevention techniques, dry needling, orthopedic surgery aftercare, hand therapy, kinesiology taping, manual lymphatic drainage, cardiac and neurological rehabilitation. Heather and her husband Jason are Florala natives and they have 3 children. They enjoy various sporting activities, community involvement, as well as spending time outdoors gardening on their farm.

Florala Physical Therapist Assistants

Shawn Davis received his Associates of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Bishop State Junior College in 1997 and he went to University of South Alabama for 4 years.  He treats patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Shawn enjoys motorcycles, water sports and various sporting activities as well as spending time outdoors with friends.

Taylor Wright received his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Wallace Community College in 2017 after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Auburn University in 2012.  Taylor has been with Restore Therapy Services since 2017. He specializes in biomechanics, orthopedics and treating sports related injuries. Taylor and his wife Kimber enjoy spending time with their 2 dogs. Taylor’s hobbies include hunting, fishing and Auburn sports.
